This a great Glaze for Ribs, Pork Loins or Tenderloins, Pork Chops and Chicken. Don’t even think about pouring over Vanilla Ice Cream, YOU WILL HAVE SECONDS !!! Yummy !!!

Ingredients

1 cup of Pineapple Pepper Jelly (Jalapeno Pepper Jelly for more Zip)
1 cup of Pineapple Preserves
2-3 tbsp of 3 Beer Thai Rub (adjust to taste)
½ - 1 cup of water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in Blender and Pulse a few times
Add additional Pineapple Perseveres to adjust the Sweet and Heat.
Add additional water to adjust thickness.
Serve in Bowl or Puddle on Plate
