3 Beer Rub Famous BBQ Dip
Here's the much-loved (and super-easy) recipe for our famous BBQ dip.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of your favorite 3 Beer/New Harbor flavor
Mix sour cream, mayo and rub in a bowl.
Instructions:
Stir thoroughly and you're ready to go!
Use to dip chips, broccoli, carrots or other veggies. You can also try it on a baked potato or as an accompaniment to other foods.

Three Bears Brunswick Stew
Just Ask GOLDILOCKS
Not too HOT - Not too MILD
Juuusst RIGHT
Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP - Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Large - Sweet Onions (Diced)
- 3 - Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 6 cups / 48oz - Chicken Broth
- 2 cups - Butter Beans
- 1 cup - Lima Beans
- 2 cups - Fresh Corn (4-5 ears)
- 2 cups - Tomatoes (deseed - diced)
- 3 cups / 1 pound - Pulled Pork (not chopped) Smoke your own or buy from favorite BBQ
- 1-16oz Bottle 3 BEER BBQ Sauce
- Black Pepper to Taste

Brunswick Stew Instructions:
- In a 6-8 Qt. Stock Pot - heat Olive Oil
- Add Onions -sauté 5 mins
- Add Garlic - sauté 3 mins
- Add Chicken Broth
- Add Butter Beans & Lima Beans
- Bring to Boil - reduce heat than cover / simmer 20 mins
- Add Corn - cover / simmer 20 mins
- Add Tomatoes
- Add Bottle of 3 BEER BBQ Sauce
- Black Pepper to Taste
- Simmer 15 - 30 mins to achieve desired thickness.
- Add Pulled Pork
- Simmer 15
