3 Beer Rub Famous BBQ Dip


Here's the much-loved (and super-easy) recipe for our famous BBQ dip.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of your favorite 3 Beer/New Harbor flavor

Mix sour cream, mayo and rub in a bowl. 

Instructions:

Stir thoroughly and you're ready to go!

Use to dip chips, broccoli, carrots or other veggies.  You can also try it on a baked potato or as an accompaniment to other foods.

Ingredients:

  • 3 TBSP - Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Large - Sweet Onions (Diced)
  • 3 - Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 6 cups / 48oz - Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups - Butter Beans
  • 1 cup  - Lima Beans
  • 2 cups - Fresh Corn (4-5 ears)
  • 2 cups - Tomatoes (deseed - diced)
  • 3 cups / 1 pound - Pulled Pork (not chopped) Smoke your own or buy from favorite BBQ
  • 1-16oz Bottle 3 BEER BBQ Sauce
  • Black Pepper to Taste

Brunswick Stew Instructions:

  • In a 6-8 Qt. Stock Pot - heat Olive Oil
  • Add Onions -sauté 5 mins
  • Add Garlic  - sauté 3 mins
  • Add Chicken Broth
  • Add Butter Beans & Lima Beans
  • Bring to Boil - reduce heat than cover / simmer 20 mins
  • Add Corn - cover / simmer 20 mins
  • Add Tomatoes
  • Add Bottle of 3 BEER BBQ Sauce
  • Black Pepper to Taste
  • Simmer 15 - 30 mins to achieve desired thickness.
  • Add Pulled Pork
  • Simmer 15
